Prasat Khao Phra Wiharn National Park has a modern visitor centre on the edge an escarpment overlooking Kampucha (Cambodia).
There are simple manned and unmanned border crossings on the hill to the Visitor Centre, but I was wary of wandering in Kampucha after hearing convincing tales of the Khmer Rouge still being active along the border - and of course the red signs warning of "MINES!" (left).
No Khmer Rouge, no mines in the park though so do not fear to visit at any time.
The views across Kampucha from the top of the escarpment are breathtaking - especially when looking down on the wispy cloud.
